摘  要:信道化处理机主要作用是对雷达辐射信号采样、求解得出飞行器所需的方位数据。随着雷达通道数以及采样带宽的增加,信道化处理机的功能越来越复杂,集成度也越来越高,电路功能的高要求和元器件的无法替代,使得信道化处理机结构件的减重尤为重要。本文根据某信道化处理机的结构特点,从材料选择、结构布局等角度进行初步减重设计,并对主要承载结构件基于模态分析进行减重设计。对减重后的信道化处理机进行力学环境试验,减重后的信道化处理机强度满足各项力学环境要求。The main function of channelized processor is to sample and solve radar radiation signals to obtain the azimuth data needed for missile flight.With the increase of the number of radar channels and sampling bandwidth,the functions become more and more complex and integrated.The high requirements of circuit functions and irreplaceable components make the weight reduction of mechanical parts especially important.In this paper,according to the structural characteristics of the channelized processor,a preliminary weight reduction design is carried out from the aspects of material selection and structure layout,and the weight design is carried out for the main load-bearing structure based on modal analysis.The mechanical environment test of the weight reduced channelized processor shows that the strength of channelized processor after weight reduction meets the mechanical environment requirements.
