摘　　要：堆场轨道式集装箱起重机常出现小车行走跑偏、水平导向轮啃轨问题,导致轨道及导向轮磨损加快。通过分析小车跑偏的可能因素,提出一种在小车轮加装偏心装置的方案,纠正小车跑偏现象,取得了较好效果,具有较好的应用推广价值。The problems of trolley running off-track and the horizontal guide wheel gnawing the rail often occur in the yard rail-mounted container crane,which leads to the faster wear of the track and guide wheel.Based on the analysis of the possible factors of the trolley running off-track,a scheme of installing an eccentric device in the trolley wheel is put forward to correct the trolley running off-track phenomenon,which has a good effect and a good value of application and popularization.
