摘　　要：造成自动化轨道式龙门起重机大车车轮异常损坏的因素多种多样。分析了相关实际案例,给出了大车车轮异常损坏原因分析办法和整改措施,可以为自动化轨道式龙门起重机设备的制造方和码头运营方在设计制造和维护保养过程中提供一定的参考。There are many factors that cause abnormal wear to cart wheels of automated rail-mounted gantry cranes.Combined with relevant actual cases,reason analysis and rectification measures for the abnormal wear to the cart wheels are proposed,which can provide a certain reference for the manufacturers of automated rail-mounted gantry crane equipment and terminal operators in the design,manufacture,and maintenance process.
