摘 要:高精度装配工艺要求的非标设备,从方案规划开始,到细节结构设计、装配调试,都要尽可能考虑如何降低设备的制造精度要求,在降低加工难度及制造成本的同时保证质量。以一个实际的项目应用案例为例,通过分析要装配的产品零件尺寸公差、装配工艺要求,理解控制点及其装配的精度等级,进而探讨为把握控制点而如何降低精度要求的设计要点,并给出了一种低成本设计概念的工艺解决方案。它降低了设备制造精度要求的结构设计措施,但又能保证设备精度要求的校准措施,是非标设备结构低成本设计提供了一种新思路。A non-standard machine with high-precision process request has to be tried asap.to reduce the manufacturing precision,machining difficulty and cost together with ensured quality during concept design,detail design and assembly&debugging.This article uses an applied project as example,in which the tolerance and requirement of the products to be assembled are analyzed so that the controlling points and its assembling precision requirement can be understood,then the designing points about how to reduce the precision requirement for its controlled quality are analyzed.After that one low cost concept’s process solution with relating structure design and debugging measures are explained.Through which a new low cost design concept&method for the non-standard machine’s structure design is presented and understood here.
