摘 要:在机械加工生产中存在很多不同结构形式的零件,其中很大一部分包含内球面结构。该类结构的零件要求测量内球面对与其连接的端面的对称度。随着零件加工精度要求的不断提高和零件热处理要求的提出,很多内球面需要进行研磨工序。由于研磨属于手工作业,故对其对称度的测量使用计量的方法存在不合理性。因此,针对此种含有内球面结构的零件,研究一种内球面对与其连接的端面的对称度的测量方法及测具,简化了测量方法,提高了测量效率与精确度。There are many parts with different structure forms in machining production,most of which contain inner spherical structure.The parts of this kind of structure are required to measure the symmetry between the inner sphere and the face connected to it.With the continuous improvement of machining accuracy and heat treatment requirements of parts,many inner spheres need to be ground.Because the grinding process belongs to the manual operation,the measurement method of its symmetry degree is not reasonable.In this paper,amethod of measuring the symmetry of the inner sphere face and the end face connected with the inner spheres is studied,which simplifies the measurement method and improves the measurement efficiency.
