摘  要:为了对某SUV车型的整车平顺性进行评价,利用多体动力学仿真分析方法,在ADAMS/Car软件中建立了包括悬架、转向、轮胎等子系统在内的整车仿真分析模型。按照国标要求,对该车型在B级随机输入路面和三角形凸块脉冲输入路面下行驶时的整车平顺性进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明:该车型在B级随机输入路面下的最大总加权振级较小,具有良好的平顺性;在三角形凸块脉冲输入路面下冲击响应较小且具有收敛性,不会对驾乘人员的健康产生危害。In order to evaluate the ride comfort of an SUV.Through the multi-body dynamics simulation analysis method,the vehicle simulation analysis model including suspension,steering,tire and other subsystems is established in ADAMS/car software.According to the requirements of the national standard,the ride comfort of the vehicle is simulated and analyzed under the B-class random input road and the triangular bump pulse input road.The simulation results show that the maximum total weighted vibration level of the vehicle is small under the B-level random input road surface,and it has good ride comfort,and the impact response is small and convergent under the triangular bump pulse input road surface,so it will not harm the health of drivers and passengers.
