摘　　要：斗轮堆取料机是大型原料厂散料装卸的重要设备,其应用价值显著。为了切实保证斗轮堆取料机的工作质量和应用合理性,重视常见故障的处理及预防尤为关键,对设备运行、企业生产等多个方面均有积极影响。因此,结合具体的斗轮堆取料机项目概况,分析其常见故障,并提出处理及预防建议。Bucket wheel stacker reclaimer is an important equipment for bulk material handling in large raw material plant,and its application value is particularly significant.In order to ensure the working quality and application rationality of bucket wheel stacker reclaimer,it is very important to pay attention to the treatment and prevention of common faults,which has a positive impact on equipment operation and enterprise production.In view of this,combined with the specific bucket wheel stacker reclaimer project overview,this paper analyzes its common faults,and puts forward the treatment and prevention suggestions.
