摘　　要：针对目前国内外防毒面具生产中的自动化程度普遍偏低的状况,设计了一条年产1 000万只过滤器的全自动化生产线。生产线以罗克韦尔EtherNetIP环网结构PLC为主要控制系统框架,通过Studio 5000集成开发统一PLC、HMI、伺服及变频的编程,使生产线具备产品追溯和柔性化的生产能力。Aiming at the low degree of automation in the production of gas masks at home and abroad,a fully automatic production line with an annual output of 10 million filters was designed.The production line takes Rockwell Ethernet IP ring structure PLC as the main control system framework,and develops unified PLC,HMI,servo and inverter programming through studio 5000 integration,so that the production line has the product traceability and flexible production capacity.
