摘　　要：随着航天强国建设的深入推进,传统航天制造企业承制的航天研制生产任务激增,导致原有生产经营管控模式下的短线瓶颈逐渐凸现,出现了生产交付能力不足的问题。为确保圆满完成研制生产任务,公司基于研制生产全过程实施了一系列优化与创新生产经营管控新举措,大幅提高了企业生产效率和交付能力,提升了企业经营效益。With the deepening of the building of a space power,the tasks of space research and production undertaken by traditional space manufacturing enterprises have proliferated,leading to the emergence of short-term bottlenecks in the original production and operation management and control mode,there was an issue of insufficient production delivery capacity.In order to ensure the successful completion of the R&D and Production Tasks,the company has implemented a series of new measures to optimize and innovate production management and control based on the whole R&D and production process.
