摘  要:以Pd(PPh_(3))_(4)为催化剂催化双Suzuki-Miyaura交叉偶联反应并经脱保护反应合成了一种在烯烃聚合中有重要作用的非茂金属催化剂配体——邻芳基苯酚1,其结构经核磁共振氢谱(^(1)H NMR)和液相-质谱联用仪进行了表征。考察了碱的种类、溶剂种类和反应时间等因素对双Suzuki-Miyaura交叉偶联反应的影响,得到了最佳合成工艺条件,探索出了一条可抑制芳基硼酸分解的合成路线。A non-metallocene catalyst ligand,Bis(o-phenolic phenolate)ether 1,which plays an important role in olefin polymerization,was synthesized by dual Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions catalyzed by Pd(PPh_(3))_(4)and deprotection.Its structure was characterized by proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(_(1)H NMR)and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.The effects of various bases,solvents and reaction time in dual Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions were investigated,and the optimum conditions were obtained.A synthetic route was explored which could inhibit the decomposition of arylboronic acid.
