希浦系统起搏治疗左束支阻滞的研究进展

摘　　要：左束支阻滞(left bundle branch block,LBBB)是诱发和加重心力衰竭的重要因素,利用希浦系统起搏纠正LBBB现已在临床上取得了很大进展。本文主要介绍希浦系统的解剖学特点、起搏不同部位纠正LBBB的效果、非典型LBBB希氏束再同步化治疗等的最新进展,为临床治疗和进一步研究提供参考。Left bundle branch block(LBBB)is an important factor of inducing and aggravating heart failure.Using His-Purkinje system pacing to correct LBBB has made great clinical progress at present.This paper mainly introduces the anatomical features of His-Purkinje system,therapeutic effect of pacing at different sites to correct LBBB and the latest progress in the cardiac resynchronization therapy for His bundle in atypical LBBB patients.This paper is aimed to provide reference for clinical treatment and further research.
