摘  要:Epsilon(ε)波从发现至今已有40余年,它是致心律失常性右室心肌病的主要诊断标准之一。由于在心电图上ε波较小,因此时有漏诊;通过调整心电图机的频响范围及走纸速度、加做右室或Fontaine导联等多种方法,可提高其检出率。近年来,在其他疾病中也发现了ε波。本文从ε波的发现和命名、检测方法、ε波的动态变化及其在其他疾病中的表现等方面进行综述。It has been over 40 years since epsilon(ε)wave was found.It is one of the main diagnostic criteria for arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy(ARVC).Sinceεwave is small in ECG,it is sometimes missed diagnosed.By adjusting frequency response range and paper speed of electrocardiograph,adding right ventricular lead or Fontaine lead,and in other methods,the detection rate ofεwave could be increased.In recent years,εwave has been reported in other diseases.This paper reviews on the finding and naming ofεwave,detection methods,its dynamic changes,and manifestations in other diseases.
