摘  要:振铃现象即滤波产生的伪差,易导致心电信号的ST段出现逐渐衰减的波纹状曲线,严重影响心电图的分析和诊断,尤其是影响J波综合征、不完全性右束支阻滞、Brugada波及epsilon波等的分析和诊断,而J波综合征、Brugada波及epsilon波对部分患者心脏性猝死预警十分重要,故去除振铃现象影响目前已成为生物医学工程技术领域面临的一个挑战。本文主要分析了心电图上振铃现象产生的原因和对心电图诊断的影响。Ringing phenomenon is the artifact produced by filtering,which easily leads to the appearance of gradually attenuated wavy curve in the ST-segment of ECG signals.It seriously affects the analysis and diagnosis of ECG,especially for J-wave syndrome,incomplete right bundle branch block,Brugada wave and epsilon wave.J-wave syndrome,Brugada wave and epsilon wave are very important for early warning of sudden cardiac death in some patients.Therefore,it has become a challenge to eliminate the influence of ringing phenomenon in the field of biomedical engineering technology at present.This paper mainly analyzes the causes of ringing phenomenon in ECG and its influence on ECG diagnosis.
