摘  要:针对山东省水利防汛调度存在的信息获取滞后、业务协同不足、智慧化水平不高等问题,结合水利行业对应急处置和科学决策等工作的实际需求,通过运用“互联网+”、大数据、人工智能、5G等技术,深度整合信息数据,高度集成调度功能,优化打造可视化展示,建设完成集数据采集、监视、分析、研判、决策等功能于一体的山东省水利防汛调度会商系统,满足水旱灾害处置、河湖管理、水资源监管、水利工程建设等不同业务指挥调度决策需求。实践证明:山东省水利防汛调度会商系统显著提升行业指挥调度能力,为防汛决策提供有效技术支撑,并可作为水利行业强监管的重要抓手。In view of the existing problems in flood control dispatching,such as lag in information acquisition,lack of business synergy and low intelligent level,combining the demand of emergency handling and scientific decision,a water conservancy flood control dispatching and consultation system in Shandong Province,which integrates data collection,monitoring,analysis,research and judgment,and decision-making,is completed,using Internet Plus,big data,artificial intelligence,5G and so on.The system deeply integrates information and data,highly integrates dispatching functions,and optimizes the visual display,which satisfies the command and dispatch decision-making needs of different businesses,such as flood and drought disasters disposal,river and lake management,water resources regulation,and water conservancy project construction.As it turns out,water conservancy flood control dispatching and consultation system in Shandong Province significantly improves the command,and dispatch ability of the industry,provides effective technical support for flood control and decision-making,and can be used as an important point for strong supervision in water conservancy industry.
