摘　　要：目的:评价射频消融术治疗5-氨基酮戊酸光动力(ALA-PDT)治疗后宫颈残存尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法:将ALA-PDT治疗3次后宫颈残存尖锐湿疣的患者随机分为2组,研究组采用射频消融术治疗,对照组继续ALA-PDT治疗1次。观察治愈率、HPV感染转阴率及3个月后的复发率和患者满意度情况。结果:共治疗62例患者,其中研究组32例和对照组30例,治愈率分别为96.88%和76.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.627,P=0.024)。研究组和对照组3个月HPV转阴率为84.38%和60.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.623,P=0.046)。研究组和对照组患者治疗总满意度分别为92.75%和66.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.857,P=0.001)。结论:射频消融术在治疗ALA-PDT治疗后宫颈残存尖锐湿疣的治愈率及HPV转阴率高。Objective:To access the efficacy of radiofrequency ablation on the lesions of cervical condyloma acuminatum after ALA-PDT treatment.Methods:The patients with cervical condyloma acuminatum after 3 times of ALA-PDT treatment were randomly divided into 2 groups.The study group was treated with radiofrequency ablation,while the control group was treated with ALA-PDT for 1 time.The cure rate,HPV negative conversion rate,the recurrence after 3 months and the satisfaction of the patients were assessed.Results:A total of 62 patients were included in the study,including 32 cases in the study group and 30 cases in the control group.The cure rates were 96.88%and 76.67%respectively,with a significant difference(χ^(2)=5.627,P=0.024).The HPV negative conversion rates at 3 months were 84.38%and 60.00%respectively and the difference was significant(χ^(2)=4.623,P=0.046).The patients'satisfaction in the study group was 92.75%,which was higher than that in the control group(66.67%),with a significant difference(χ^(2)=13.857,P=0.001).Conclusion:Radiofrequency ablation on the lesions of cervical condyloma acuminatum after ALA-PDT treatment has a high cure rate and high HPV negative conversion rate.
