盐酸米诺环素联合外用糖皮质激素治疗疱疹样天疱疮一例

摘　　要：患者,男,54岁。全身皮肤红斑、水疱伴瘙痒40天。皮肤组织病理示:表皮棘层中上部水疱,疱内大量嗜酸粒细胞,基底层上方裂隙形成。直接免疫荧光:角质形成细胞间IgG(+),C3(+),诊断为疱疹样天疱疮。予盐酸米诺环素、复方甘草酸苷片、卤米松/三氯生乳膏、倍他米松尿素霜等治疗。7天后原有水疱干涸,好转出院。A 54-year-old male presented with general erythema,blisters and itching for more than 40 days.Histological examination showed eosinophilic spongiosis with the formation of intraepidermal vesicles.Direct immunofluorescence showed the deposition of IgG and C3 on the cell surfaces of keratinocytes.The diagnosis of herpetiform pemphigus was made.He was treated with oral minocycline hydrochloride and compound glycyrrhizin tablets,topical halometasone/triclosan cream and betamethasone urea cream.The blisters subsided after treatment for 7 days and the patient discharged.
