摘  要:目的:为保证突发自然灾害等事件中的伤员能够在后送途中得到有效的生命维持与救治,设计一种可跨平台使用的生命支持系统。方法:跨平台生命支持系统主要包括生命体征监护、呼吸、输液等功能模块。利用系统建模、结构仿真、有限元分析等方法,对系统的整体结构、适配结构、电气系统进行设计;利用机器学习、涡轮增压、步进电动机闭环控制等技术,对各个功能模块的结构和功能进行设计与实现。结果:该系统可实现呼吸通气支持、生命体征监护、液体精准输注等功能,能够与多种后送转运工具进行快速卡接。结论:该系统能够在后送途中为伤员提供必要的生命体征监护与维持,提高了突发事件紧急医学救援的救治质量与效率,较适合在突发自然灾害、公共安全事件现场急救、院外急救等情况下使用。Objective To design a cross-platform life support system to ensure that casualties in events such as sudden natural disasters can be provided with life support and treatment during evacuation.Methods The cross-platform life support system mainly included serveral functional modules for vital signs monitoring,respiration and infusion.The overall structure,adaptable structure and electrical system of the system were designed using system modelling,structural simulation and finite element analysis;the structure and functions of each functional module were designed and implemented with machine learning technology,turbocharging technology and stepper motor closed-loop control technology.Results The system allowed for respiratory ventilation support,vital signs monitoring and precise fluid infusion,and was capable of rapid snap-in connection with a wide range of evacuation and transfer tools.Conclusion The system developed monitors and maintains the vital signs during casualty evacuation,improving the quality and efficiency of emergency medical rescue for sudden natural disasters,public safety incidents and out-of-hospital emergencies.
