摘　　要：目的:通过对重症伤病员搬运与跨平台生命支持系统(transfer assistance and cross-platform life support system,TAPLSS)进行示范应用,对其保障效果和技术性能进行综合评价。方法:结合国家应急医学救援队在方舱医院内部将伤病员从急诊组室到手术室或ICU病房的转运过程,对TAPLSS与常规院内转运方式的功能性和操作性进行比较,并对参与试验的医务人员进行问卷调查,收集示范应用意见和建议。结果:相比常规转运方式,TAPLSS可以提供“无缝隙、不间断”的连续救治和监护任务,而且资源消耗少、护理过程能得到及时可靠的提示,具有显著的优势。并且TAPLSS得到了参与示范应用试验的医务人员的普遍认可。结论:TAPLSS为重症伤病员的护理过程和在方舱医院内的转运方式开辟了新途径,可使国家应急医学救援队的保障效能得到有效提升。Objective To execute demonstration application of the transfer assistance and cross-platform life support system(TAPLSS)for critical casualties to evaluate its support efficacy and technical performances comprehensively.Methods The functionality and operability of TAPLSS were compared with conventional in-hospital transfer means in conjunction with the transfer of casualties from the emergency room to the operating room or ICU ward within a national emergency medical rescue team in a shelter hospital.A questionnaire was administered to the medical staffs involved in the trial to collect opinions and suggestions for the demonstration application.Results TAPLSS gained advantages over the conventional means in seamless and continuous treatment and monitoring,low resource consumption and timely instruction for nursing,and thus were widely recognized by the medical staffs involved in the demonstration application.Conclusion TAPLSS provides a new means for nursing and shelter hospital transfer of critical casualties,and effectively improves the support efficiency of the national emergency medical rescue team.
