摘  要:目的:构建放射治疗信息系统可用性评估模型,以提高放射治疗信息系统可用性设计水平。方法:以2种临床在用不同厂家和品牌型号的放射治疗信息系统作为研究对象,从效率、主观评价量表、眼动和生理4个维度选择评价指标,选取30名放疗技师作为被试进行放射治疗信息系统可用性测试实验。以系统可用性评估量表(system usability scale,SUS)得分为影响因素,首先利用SPSS 26.0统计软件对系统可用性测试实验获得的效率数据、主观评价量表数据、眼动数据和生理数据进行方差齐性检验,利用单因素方差分析筛选出与放射治疗信息系统可用性相关的评价指标,其次利用偏最小二乘回归法建立放射治疗信息系统可用性评估模型,最后利用配对样本t检验对模型的有效性进行验证。结果:模型的SUS预测得分与实际得分无显著性差异(P>0.05),可有效用于放射治疗信息系统的可用性综合评估。结论:多指标融合的可用性评估模型可较为准确地评估放射治疗信息系统的可用性,为进一步优化放射治疗信息系统可用性设计提供了支撑方法和工具。Objective To establish a usability evaluation model for radiotherapy information systems to improve their usability design.Methods Two types of radiotherapy information systems of different manufacturers and brands in use were adopted as the subjects of the study.Totally 30 radiotherapists were selected to execute the usability test of the radiotherapy information systems with the evaluation indexes from four dimensions of efficiency,subjective evaluation scale,eye movements and physiology.The system usability scale(SUS)score was involved as the influencing factor.Firstly the data on the efficiency,subjective evaluation scale,eye movements and physiology obtained from the system usability test experiment underwent F-test using SPSS 26.0 statistical software,and the evaluation indicators related to the usability of the radiotherapy information systems were screened out using one-way ANOVA,then partial least squares regression was applied to establishing a usability evaluation model for radiotherapy information systems,and finally the validity of the model was verified using paired samples t-test.Results The model had the predicted SUS scores not significantly different from the actual scores(P>0.05),which could be used for comprehensive evaluation of the usability of radiotherapy information systems.Conclusion The model integrating multi indexes assesses the usability of radiotherapy information systems accurately and provides support for further optimizing the usability design of radiotherapy information systems.
