摘　　要：目的:设计一种基于蓝牙技术的简易分体式电子听诊器,以满足传染病患者的心肺听诊工作需求。方法:电子听诊器由听诊器手持端和无线蓝牙耳机两部分组成。根据功能需求设计其硬件主要由拾音模块、主控模块、蓝牙模块及电源模块组成。其中拾音模块主要由传感器组成,采集听诊音信号并将其转换为模拟电信号。电信号经音频解码器处理后送入主控模块,数模转换后驱动耳机实现实时听诊,通过蓝牙模块完成听诊音信号的无线传输。电源模块负责对上述各模块进行供电保障。结果:该电子听诊器打破了诊断距离的限制,降低了听诊过程中的感染风险,实现了远程、多人听诊,提高了会诊、教学查房的效果。结论:该电子听诊器操作简单、功耗低、体积小、价格低,能够满足传染病患者日常听诊与会诊需求。Objective To design a simple split electronic stethoscope based on Bluetooth technology for cardiopulmonary auscultation of the patients with infectious diseases.Methods The electronic stethoscope consisted of a handheld unit and a wireless Bluetooth headset.Based on functional requirements the hardware was determined including a sound pick-up module,a main control module,a Bluetooth module and a power source module.The sound pick-up module was composed of sensors collecting the stethoscope sound signals and converting them into analogue electrical ones.The electrical signals were processed by the audio decoder and sent to the main control module which drove the headset to realize real-time auscultation after digital-to-analogue conversion,and the wireless transmission of the auscultation signals was completed by the Bluetooth module.The power source module was responsible for the power supply of the above modules.Results The electronic stethoscope broke the limits of diagnostic distance,reduced the risk of infection during auscultation,enabled remote,multi-person auscultation and improved the effectiveness of consultations and teaching visits.Conclusion The electronic stethoscope developed gains advantages in easy operation,low power consumption,small size and low cost,and can be used for daily auscultation and consultation of the patients with infectious diseases.
