摘  要:平朔东露天矿首采区采用由东向西推进,目前4#煤工作线剩余推进长度2200 m,按照年推进距离350 m计算,6年后将完成首采区西帮靠界;为统筹解决首采区向二采区过渡期间剥采比如何确定、新原煤运输系统何时投用、土场空间是否足够、运输系统如何布置等问题,采用3Dmine软件和露天开采程序理论对采空区过渡区生产接续问题开展研究;得出了过渡期间均衡剥采比为5.51 m^(3)/t,地面原煤运输系统最迟投用时间为2023年7月,工业广场至二采区道路采用经首采区内排土场方式等结论,从而保证过渡期间生产组织的安全、平稳、有序。The first mining area of Pingshuo East Open-pit Mine is pushed from east to west.At present,the remaining advancing length of No.4 coal working line is 2200 m.According to the annual advance distance of 350 m,the west slope of the first mining area will be completed in 6 years.In order to solve the problems such as how to determine the stripping ratio during the transition from the first mining area to the second mining area,when the new raw coal transportation system will be put into operation,whether the soil yard space is sufficient,and how to arrange the transportation system,the article uses 3DMine software and open-pit mining program theory to study the above problems.We conclude that the balanced stripping ratio during the transition period is 5.51 m^(3)/t,and the latest operation date of the ground raw coal transportation system is in July,2023.The road from the industrial square to the second mining area adopts the way of passing through the first mining area,so as to ensure the safe,stable and orderly production organization during the transition period.
