摘 要:为了解决3DMine软件境界优化过程中直接采用块体体积和纯煤密度计算与实际煤岩量不符的问题,基于块体属性值进行参数设置,提出块体价值和附加运输费用计算方法,通过境界优化中煤岩密度和块体总价值属性的设置,使境界优化准确可靠。煤层块体价值计算基于煤层开采损失混入参数、煤矸厚度和煤密度;煤层块体原煤部分附加运输费用计算基于软件导出的块体质心点z坐标和地质煤、可采煤、内剥离属性。以某露天矿为例进行了实证研究,研究结果表明:优化境界原煤量为616.07 Mt,总价值为63.03亿元。In order to solve the problem that block volume and pure coal density are inconsistent with actual coal and rock quantity in the process of 3DMine software boundary optimization,we carry out parameter settings based on block property and present the calculation methods of block value and additional transportation cost.Through setting coal and rock density and total block value in boundary optimization,we make it accurate and reliable.Coal block value calculation is based on coal mining loss and mixing parameters,coal and gangue thickness and density.Raw coal additional transportation cost is based on Z value,geological coal,minable coal,internal stripping.Taking the open-pit mine as an example,the study results show that raw coal of optimization boundary is 616.07 Mt and total value is 63.03 billion yuan.
