摘　　要：介绍了930E电动轮自卸卡车停车制动故障频繁发生的现象,从停车制动的结构组成和控制原理入手,进行科学分析,结合设备停车制动在制动控制系统中的作用,科学精细维修。研究结果表明,使用检修工艺修复的设备部件能够稳定运行,从而使930E电动轮自卸卡车停车制动器稳定、安全工作。This article mainly introduces the frequent occurrence of parking brake failures of 930E electric wheel dump truck.From the structure composition and control principle of the parking brake,the article conducts scientific and detailed analysis,and combines the function of equipment parking brake in the brake control system,carries out scientific and fine maintenance.The research results show that the equipment parts repaired by the maintenance process can operate stably,so that the parking brake of 930E electric wheel dump truck can work stably and safely.
