摘 要:为有效消除资源间的属性冲突和用户间的需求协调问题给云计算部署方案评价带来的困难,提出一种双重妥协的区间犹豫模糊评价方法。首先,考虑到妥协评价方法VIKOR在解决指标冲突性上的显著优势和TOPSIS法在正负理想解中的卓越平衡性,在遵循VIKOR中的“整体效用”与“最大个体遗憾”思想基础上,以负理想解为基准定义了兼顾“整体惩罚”与“最大个体嘉奖”的妥协聚合机制。其次,在改进区间犹豫模糊距离测度的基础上,设计了一种既考虑指标整体与个体间妥协,又能反映正负理想解间平衡的双重妥协评价模型。最后,应用该方法对云计算资源部署方案评价进行案例实证,通过计算结果和对比分析证实了该方法在实际应用中具有较强的适应性及合理性。For effectively eliminating the difficulties in the cloud computing deployment plan evaluation caused by the conflict between the attributes of resources and the coordination between user requirements,an interval hesitant fuzzy double compromise evaluation method was proposed.Considering the distinct advantages of VlseKriterijumska Optimizacijia I Kompromisno Resenje(VIKOR)and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)methods that the former for solving the conflict of indicators and the latter for balancing the positive and negative ideal solutions,based on following the ideas of“overall utility”and“maximum individual regret”of VIKOR,a negative ideal solution based compromise aggregation mechanism was defined with the core of“overall punishment”and“maximum individual reward”.Based on modifying the distance measurement for interval-valued hesitant fuzzy elements,a double compromise comprehensive evaluation method was designed,which could not only reflect the compromise between the overall and the extreme individual indicators,but also cope with the situation that the values and the weights of indicators all were interval-valued hesitant fuzzy.The designed method was used to a practical case of cloud computing deployment plan evaluation,the evaluation results and some comparative analysis validated the adaptability and rationality of the method.
