湖南省机械设备制造业上市公司的经营业绩分析

摘　　要：以湖南省机械设备制造业的16家上市公司为研究对象,以2019年的财务指标数据为样本,运用主成分分析法和聚类分析法对各公司的经营业绩进行综合评价与比较分析。研究结果表明,16家上市公司在不同业绩维度评价中的表现不同,通过聚类分析可划分为业绩较差型、管理落后型、潜在发展型和业绩良好型。建议加强不同公司之间的协同合作,通过优势互补提升经营业绩,并从增强盈利能力、化解财务风险、稳步扩大规模与提升核心竞争力等方面增强各类公司的内部管理能力。This paper takes 16 listed companies in the machinery and equipment manufacturing industry of Hunan Province as the research object,takes the financial index data of 2019 as the sample,uses principal component analysis method and cluster analysis method to make comprehensive evaluation and comparative analysis on the operating performance of each company.The results show that the 16 listed companies have different performance in different performance dimensions,which can be divided into poor performance,backward management,potential development and good performance by cluster analysis.It is suggested to strengthen the cooperation between different listed companies,enhance business performance through complementary advantages,and enhance the internal management ability of various companies from the aspects of enhancing profitability,resolving financial risks,steadily expanding the scale and enhancing the core competitiveness.
