摘　　要：心房颤动(房颤)是临床上最常见的持续性快速心律失常,给全球患者和医疗系统带来了巨大的负担。医疗工作者对房颤相关问题不断探索,并取得重大的进展。近期,欧洲心脏病学会(ESC)与欧洲心胸外科协会(EACTS)联合更新并颁布了2020 ESC/EACTS心房颤动诊断管理指南(以下简称《2020欧洲房颤指南》)。新指南结合近年来所获取的最新研究证据,强调如何明确房颤诊断,并延续2016年欧洲房颤指南的综合管理理念,强调房颤结构化特征(Stroke risk,Symptom severity,Severity of AF burden,Substrate severity,4S-AF)以及房颤综合管理路径(The Atrial Fibrillation Better Care Pathway,ABC pathway)的优势。本文旨在对2020欧洲房颤指南综合管理部分的更新要点进行解读。Atrial fibrillation(AF)is the most common sustained cardiac arrhythmia in clinic,which poses significant burden to patients,physicians and healthcare systems globally.Substantial research efforts are being directed towards gaining detailed information about AF,and now significant progress is being made.Recently,the European Society of Cardiology(ESC)and the European Association of Cardio-Thoracic Surgery(EACTS)updated and issued the 2020 ESC/EACTS guidelines for the diagnosis and management of AF(2020 European Guidelines for AF).The new guideline combined with the latest research evidences,emphasized how to clarify the diagnosis of AF,and continued the integrated management philosophy of the 2016 European guideline,emphasizing the 4 S-AF scheme(Stroke risk,Symptom severity,Severity of AF burden,Substrate severity)and the Atrial Fibrillation Better Care Pathway(ABC pathway).This review aims to interpret the update points of integrated management of patients with AF.
