摘  要:根据聚氯化铁多元盐净水剂的企业枝术标准,原料(氯化亚铁液体)、辅料(碱化剂/白云石矿粉、砷絮凝剂、重金属螯合剂和盐酸等)的化学成分和产品的碱化度(B=8%)等,按计量生产工艺计算1吨反应液的投入量和产出量。生产在加热反应釜或反应池加设拱盖和酸雾回流塔分步进行:第一步,亚铁+氯酸钠氧化工艺;第二步,聚合反应+沉淀/过滤分离;第三步,砷絮凝沉淀/过滤分离;第四步,重金属螯合沉淀/过滤分离。用产品的测定结果计算其碱化度和分子式。According to the corporate technical standards of polyferric chloride multi-salt water purifying agent,the chemical composition of raw materials(ferrous chloride liquid),auxiliary materials(alkalizer/dolomite powder,arsenic flocculant,heavy metal chelating agent,hydrochloric acid,etc.),and the alkalinity of the product(B=8%),the input and output of 1 ton of reaction solution are calculated based on the measurement production process.The production is carried out step by step in the heating reactor or reaction tank with arch cover and acid mist reflux tower.The first step is ferrous and sodium chlorate oxidation process.The second step is polymerization reaction and precipitation/filtration separation.The third one is arsenic flocculation precipitation/filtration separation.The fourth step is heavy metal chelation precipitation/filtration separation.The alkalization degree and molecular formula of the product are calculated by the results of the determination.
