某海岛作业人员门诊疾病谱特征调查与分析

摘　　要：目的调查某海岛作业人员门诊疾病特征,为合理配置医疗资源提供依据。方法对我国南方某海岛部队医院门诊就诊资料进行分析,描述门诊疾病特征及军队人员和地方人员就诊疾病谱的差异。结果共分析门诊就诊资料10113人次。肌肉骨骼及结缔组织病(17.7%)、呼吸系统疾病(15.0%)、皮肤及皮下软组织疾病(14.0%)、损伤和中毒性疾病(12.0%)是门诊常见病、多发病。军队人员和地方人员门诊疾病构成比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=258.0,P<0.01)。结论某海岛作业人员常见病为肌肉骨骼及结缔组织病、呼吸系统疾病、皮肤及皮下软组织疾病、损伤和中毒性疾病,应作为疾病保障和预防的重点,且应根据驻岛作业人员工作性质及任务的不同,因地、因时制定相应的保障方案。Objective To investigate and analyze the outpatient diseases’characteristics of the operators stationed on an island of South China Sea,so as to provide reference to optimize the allocation of medical resources.Methods The outpatient data of a military hospital on an island of South China were analyzed to profile the outpatient diseases’characteristics and compare the differences of disease spectrum between the military operators and the civilian operators.Results A total of 10,113 outpatient visits were analyzed,among which musculoskeletal and connective tissue diseases(17.7%),respiratory system diseases(15.0%),dermatological and subcutaneous soft tissue diseases(14.0%),and injuries and toxic diseases(12.0%)were the common and frequently occurring diseases in the outpatient department.The difference of disease composition between the military operators and the civilian operators was statistically significant(χ^(2)=258.0,P<0.01).Conclusion Musculoskeletal and connective tissue diseases,respiratory system diseases,dermatological and subcutaneous soft tissue diseases,injuries,and toxic diseases are the common diseases of the operators stationed on the islands of South China,which should be taken as the focuses of medical treatment and prevention;and customized medical support programs should be made according to the different jobs and duties of the operators stationed on the islands.
