摘  要:制备了一种低黏度含辛酯结构的端环氧基超支化聚醚(HBOPE),并用红外与核磁对其化学结构进行了表征。将HBOPE与E51型环氧树脂、脂环胺类固化剂复配成一种固含量90%左右的环氧清漆。实验结果表明:体系黏度基本不会受HBOPE添加量的影响,而HBOPE分子内空穴能提升体系总体积分数,从而提升HBOPE/E51改性涂层的柔韧性与耐冲击性。此外,研究结果显示HBOPE的加入能提高改性涂层的交联密度,给涂层带来更优异的阻隔性能,但过高HBOPE添加量可能会导致部分环氧端基不能完全反应,涂层出现缺陷,阻隔性能下降。A low viscosity epoxy-terminated polyether type hyperbranched resin(HBOPE)with octyl benzoate structure was prepared,and its chemical structure was characterized by FT-IR and ^(1)H NMR.Modified epoxy coatings with a solid content of higher than 90% was composed of HBOPE,E51 epoxy resin and alicyclic amine curing agent.Experimental results showed that the viscosity of the coatings could not be affected by the addition of HBOPE.The intramolecular free volume of HBOPE could increase the total volume fraction of the system,which increased the flexibility and impact strength of the HBOPE/E51 modified coatings.In addition,the results also showed that the addition of HBOPE could increase the cross-linking density of the modified coatings and provided better barrier properties to the coatings.However,excessive HBOPE incorporation might cause partial epoxy end groups to fail to react completely,leading to defects in the coatings film,which would cause the decrease of barrier properties of the coatings.
