摘 要:为解决飞机襟副翼、起落架等在使用过程中因存在相对滑动或摩擦而引起的磨损问题,以丙烯酸聚氨酯为成膜树脂,用高羟值聚酯多元醇作为扩链剂和改性剂,并添加部分聚天门冬氨酸酯树脂进一步提高涂层的强度和耐磨性,配以高耐磨骨料、自润滑填料以及助剂等,研制了一种高耐划伤性航空耐磨涂料。采用红外光谱仪、耐磨试验仪、划痕附着力测试仪等分别对树脂及涂层进行分析表征;研究了羟基树脂体系、自润滑填料的用量对涂层耐划伤性及耐磨性的影响。结果表明:当自润滑填料添加量为4%时,耐磨涂料10000r时质量损失123 mg,涂层的耐磨性最好,磨损机理主要是磨粒磨损;载荷6.0 kg,耐磨涂层无至基材的划破。In order to solve the abrasion problems caused by relative sliding or friction during the operation of aircraft flaperons and landing gears,a highly scratch-resistant aviation wear-resistant coatings was developed.The coatings was mainly composed of acrylic polyurethane,polyester with high hydroxyl value,polyaspartic acid ester resin,wear-resistant aggregate,self-lubricating filler and additives,of which acrylic polyurethane was used as filmforming resins,and high-hydroxyl value polyesters as chain extenders and modifiers,and the polyaspartic polyurea resin was partly added to further improve the strength and wear resistance of the coatings.The resin and coatings were analyzed and characterized by infrared spectrometer,wear tester and scratch adhesion tester respectively.The effects of different amounts of hydroxyl resin and self-lubricating filler on scratch resistance and wear resistance of coatings were studied.The wear resistance test results showed that when the self-lubricating filler was added at 4%,the loading weight was 1000 g,the abrasion was 10000 r,and the weight loss of the wear-resistant coating was within 123 mg,indicating the best wear resistance of the coating.The wear mechanism was mainly attributed to particle abrasion failure.The anti-scratch performance test results showed that the wear-resistant presented no scratches to the substrate under a load of 6.0 kg.
