摘  要:针对树脂基复合材料发射筒需要在高温燃气环境可重复使用的热防护需求,设计并制备了一种能抵御高温、强冲刷环境的热防护涂层。首先研究了硅橡胶分子结构对其耐热性的影响,然后分析了功能填料对硅橡胶涂层烧蚀产物强度提升的作用,确定了以硅橡胶为基体、多种填料复配的涂层体系;最后,通过等离子火焰对涂层的耐烧蚀性能进行了考核。结果表明:硅橡胶结构中苯基的引入可以大幅提升其耐热性;以白炭黑、玻璃纤维和滑石粉进行复配,当功能填料的添加量为硅橡胶的60%时,热防护涂层密度约1.2 g/cm^(3),拉伸强度4.0 MPa。2 mm涂层通过了最高火焰温度2000℃的等离子火焰烧蚀考核,涂层可重复使用至少4次。The launch canister has been under the high pressure,high temperature,strong combustion gas erosion when the missile is launched.For the recycle use of resin-based composite materials,a thermal protective coatings with excellent thermal resistance and burnt gas erode resistance was designed and prepared.Firstly,the influence of the molecular structure of silicone rubber on its thermal decomposition performance was studied.Then,the effect of functional fillers on the improvement of the strength of ablation residue of silicone rubber coatings was analyzed.A system composed the matrix of silicone rubber and the functional components of multi fillers was established based on the above research results.Finally,the ablation resistance of the thermal protective coatings was evaluated by plasma flame.The results showed that the incorporation phenyl groups provided a significant effect on improvement of the heat resistance of silicone rubber.When the amount of functional fillers,such as various fillers,combined with silica,glass fiber and talc powder was 60% of the silicone resin,the density of the thermal protective coating reached about 1.2 g/cm^(3),and the tensile strength 4.0 MPa.The thermal protective coatings with a thickness of 2 mm passed the plasma flame ablation test at the highest flame temperature up to 2000℃ and could be recycle used at least 4 times.
