摘 要:近年来中国应用医用电子直线加速器治疗肿瘤工作飞速发展.加速器运行时产生的射线对环境、公众及工作人员的辐射安全构成威胁,可靠的辐射屏蔽设计是装置运行时辐射安全的必要保障.根据《放射治疗机房的辐射屏蔽规范第2部分:电子直线加速器放射治疗机房》(GBZ/T 201.2-2011)等有关方法,对某医院10 MV医用电子直线加速器机房主要屏蔽体进行屏蔽计算,计算结果表明该医院的10MV加速器机房屏蔽体的屏蔽设计厚度符合国家相关标准的要求.对医用电子直线加速器机房的主要屏蔽体设计厚度计算的实际应用具有一定的指导意义.In recent years, the application of medical electron linear accelerator in the treatment of tumor has developed rapidly in China. The radiation produced by the accelerator during its operation poses a threat to the radiation safety of the environment, the public and the workers.The reliable radiation shielding design is the necessary guarantee for the radiation safety of the device during operation. According to the "radiation shielding specification for radiotherapy room part 2: electron linear accelerator radiotherapy room"(GBZ/T 201.2-2011) and other relevant methods, the shielding calculation of the main shielding body of a hospital’s 10 MV medical electron linear accelerator room is carried out. The calculation results show that the shielding design thickness of the shielding body of the hospital’s 10 MV accelerator room meets the requirements of relevant national standards. It has a certain guiding significance for the practical application of the design thickness calculation of the main shielding body of the medical electron linear accelerator room.
