摘 要:采用溶剂热法,分别以异丙醇和乙二醇为溶剂,通过调变溶剂的用量合成铜催化剂.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和N2-吸附技术对合成的Cu催化剂进行表征,并对其形貌及催化4-NP性能进行研究.结果表明,溶剂不同,合成的铜催化剂的形貌也不同,进而得到的催化性能也不同.In this paper, copper catalysts were synthesized using solvothermal method with isopropanol and ethylene glycol as solvent, respectively, during which the amount of solvent(isopropanol or ethylene glycol) was modulated. To characterize the as-prepared Cu catalysts, X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and N2-adsorption techniques were performed. In the meantime, the reduction of 4-NP by NaBH4 was used as probe reaction to test the catalytic performance of the obtained Cu catalysts. The results show that the morphologies of the as-prepared Cu catalysts vary with solvent used in this paper, consequently, the catalytic performance is different.
