摘  要:对白皮杨进行不同基质扦插试验,探讨基质对白皮杨生长的影响。本试验以沙子、草炭、土为基础基质,通过不同比例复配,调查不同基质下白皮杨生长情况,采用方差分析、主成分分析、相关分析与线性回归等方法进行分析。结果显示:不同基质下白皮杨扦插苗生长指标间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),苗高、地径、节间数、地上干重和地上鲜重均以草炭+土配比最佳,其中草炭+土配比苗高为75 cm,是沙子为基质苗高的2.48倍;苗高、地上鲜重、地上干重在主成分分析中具有较高载荷;基质中有机质、全氮、速效磷、速效钾含量与苗高、地径、节间距、节间数、地上鲜重和地上干重存在极显著相关性(P<0.01);苗高、地上鲜重与基质中有机质、全氮、速效磷、速效钾含量4个指标得出的回归方程系数R 2分别为0.874和0.916,其中有机质对苗高、地上鲜重贡献率最大。结果表明,草炭+土配比为最佳基质,苗高生长、地上生物量的积累均与基质中有机质密切相关。Effects of different matrix on the growth of Populus cana were studied.In this experiment,taking sand,peat and soil as basic matrix,the growth of P.cana under different matrix with different proportions was investigated and analyzed by use of variance analysis,principal component analysis and linear regression.The results showed that there was significant difference among the growth index of P.cana cuttage seedling under different matrix(P<0.05).Peat+soil is the best matrix for seedling height,ground diameter,internode number,above-ground dry weight and above-ground fresh weight.The seedling height growing in peat+soil matrix was 75 cm,which was 2.48 times higher than that in sand.Seedling height,above-ground dry weight and fresh weight had higher loads in principal component analysis.The contents of organic matter,total nitrogen,rapidly available phosphorus and rapidly available potassium in matrix were extremely significantly correlated with seedling height,ground diameter,internodal distance,internode number,above-ground fresh weight and dry weight(P<0.01).The coefficient R 2 of the regression equation was 0.874 and 0.916 respectively,according to the seedling height,above-ground fresh weight and the contents of organic matter,total nitrogen,rapidly available phosphorus and rapidly available potassium in matrix.Organic matter contributed most to seedling height and fresh weight.In summary,peat+soil was the best matrix,and the growth of seedling and accumulation of above-ground biomass were closely related to organic matter in matrix.
