摘  要:在应对新冠肺炎疫情过程中,我国医疗设备和仪表业在行业中的地位日益重要。本文采用我国25个省份医疗设备和仪表业的面板数据,通过面板门槛模型研究医疗设备和仪表业的政府R&D补贴与创新产出的关系。研究结果表明:我国医疗设备和仪表业的政府R&D补贴对该产业创新产出的影响存在着双重门槛效应,当政府R&D补贴强度低于3.8286或高于4.5528时,政府R&D补贴对该产业创新产出的影响不显著;当政府R&D补贴强度位于3.8286~4.5528时,政府R&D补贴可以充分发挥出对该产业创新产出的激励作用。基于此,国家及地方政府应确定合适的医疗设备和仪表业的政府R&D补助强度,将其控制在合理区间内,以最大限度发挥政府R&D补贴对该产业的创新激励作用。In the process of coping with COVID-19,China's medical equipment and instrumentation industry is playing an increasingly important role in the industry.Based on the panel data of 25 provinces in China's medical equipment and instrument industry,this paper studies the relationship between government R&D subsidies and innovation output in the medical equipment and instrument industry by using the panel threshold model.The results show that the government R&D subsidy has a double threshold effect on the innovation output of the medical equipment and instrument manufacturing industry in China.When the intensity of government R&D subsidy is lower than 3.8286 or higher than 4.5528,the government R&D subsidy has no significant effect on the innovation output of medical equipment and instrument industry.When the intensity of government R&D subsidy is between 3.8286-4.5528,government R&D subsidy can give full play to the incentive effect on the innovation output of this industry.Based on this,the national and local governments should determine the appropriate intensity of government R&D subsidies for the medical equipment and instrument industry and control it within a reasonable range,so as to maximize the incentive effect of government R&D subsidies on the innovation of the industry.
