铜离子电化学疗法配合外剥内扎术治疗混合痔200例临床观察

摘　　要：为探讨铜离子电化学疗法配合外剥内扎术治疗混合痔的临床疗效,将400例混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各200例。对照组采取混合痔外剥内扎术治疗,观察组采用铜离子电化学疗法配合外剥内扎术治疗。比较两组术后疼痛、创缘水肿及创面出血评分。结果显示,观察组术后1d、3d和7d疼痛,创缘水肿和创面出血评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,铜离子电化学疗法配合外剥内扎术治疗混合痔,患者术后痛苦小、并发症少,满意度高,疗效确切。This study was to investigate the clinical effect of mixed hemorrhoids treated with electro-chemical therapy by copper ion(ECTCI)combined with external dissection&internal ligation,randomly divided400 cases into control group(200 cases,received external dissection&internal ligation)and observation group(200 cases,based on control group,took ECTCI to assist the procedure);then,compared both groups’score ratings on postoperative pain,ano-edge edema,and wound-surface bleeding.As results,in above all ratings at 1,3 and 7 days after surgery observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Results show that taking ECTCI to assist external dissection&internal ligation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids has such merits as patients’sufferings slighter,complication less,satisfactory degree higher,and effect certain.
