齿形结扎联合线形切剥术治疗老年混合痔32例疗效观察

摘　　要：为探讨齿形结扎联合线形切剥术治疗老年混合痔患者的临床效果,将64例老年混合痔患者随机分为观察组及对照组,各32例。观察组行齿形结扎联合线形切剥术治疗,对照组行传统外剥内扎术治疗,比较两组手术效果及术后并发症情况。结果显示,观察组治愈率为96.87%,高于对照组的90.63%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后疼痛及出血评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率少于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,齿形结扎联合线形切剥术治疗老年混合痔效果理想,安全性和耐受性高,能减轻术后疼痛及出血,减少并发症发生。This study was to investigate the clinical effect of senior mixed hemorrhoids treated by dentate ligation combined with linear incision&dissection,randomly divided 64 cases into observation group(32 cases,received above combined procedure)and control group(32 cases,alone external dissection&internal ligation);then,compared both groups’operative effect,and postoperative complications.As results,in curative rate there was no statistical difference between the two groups(96.87%vs 90.63%,P<0.05);in the score ratings on postoperative pain and bleeding,and in the incidence of postoperative complications,observation group was respectively superior to,and lower than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that for senior mixed hemorrhoids implementing above combined procedure can achieve idea effect,relieve postoperative pain and bleeding,as well as reduce complication;at the same time has high safety and patients’tolerance.
