肛泰软膏联合普济痔疮栓治疗内痔出血的临床观察

摘　　要：为观察肛泰软膏联合普济痔疮栓治疗内痔出血的临床疗效,将160例内痔出血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组80例。治疗组患者给予肛泰软膏联合普济痔疮栓治疗,对照组患者给予普济痔疮栓治疗,比较2组患者的治疗情况。结果显示,治疗组患者的总有效率为91.25%,明显高于对照组的61.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者平均治疗起效时间为(5.23±3.19)d,明显短于对照组的(11.04±3.26)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对治疗组患者内痔不同分期进行疗效观察,Ⅰ~Ⅲ期总有效率≥90%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而对Ⅳ期内痔疗效欠佳,与Ⅲ期内痔疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者用药后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果表明,肛泰软膏联合普济痔疮栓治疗内痔出血起效快,对Ⅰ~Ⅲ期内痔疗效好,对Ⅳ期内痔疗效欠佳,但缺乏大样本数据支持。To observe the clinical effect of Gangtai ointment combined with Puji hemorrhoids suppository in treatment of hemorrhage of internal hemorrhoids(HIH),160 cases of HIH were randomly divided into treatment group(n=80,treated with Gangtai ointment combined with Puji Hemorrhoids Suppository)and control group(n=80,treated with Puji hemorrhoids suppository only),then the treatment of two groups were compared.As results,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(91.25%vs 61.25%,P<0.05);The average effective time of treatment group was significantly shorter than that of control group[(5.23±3.19)d vs(11.04±3.26)d,(P<0.05)];There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of stageⅠ~Ⅲin the treatment group(P>0.05),but the curative effect of stageⅣhemorrhoids was not good,which was significantly different from that of stageⅢhemorrhoids(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications after medication in the two groups(P>0.05).Results show that Gangtai ointment combined with Puji hemorrhoids suppository had rapid effect on HIH,good effect onⅠ~Ⅲhemorrhoids,poor effect onⅣhemorrhoids,but lack of large sample data support.
