凉血地黄汤加减口服联合坐浴用于痔术后水肿及促创口愈合的效果观察

摘　　要：为观察采用凉血地黄汤加减口服联合坐浴治疗痔术后水肿及促进创口愈合的效果,将86例痔术后水肿患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各43例。观察组采用凉血地黄汤加减口服联合坐浴治疗。对照组采用麝香痔疮膏局部外涂治疗。比较两组术后肛缘水肿评分及切口愈合情况。结果显示,观察组切合愈合优良率为95.35%,明显高于对照组的76.74%(P<0.05)。观察组术后1d、2d、4d和6d肛缘水肿评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,痔术后肛缘水肿患者采用凉血地黄汤加减方口服联合坐浴治疗临床效果显著,且能加速创口愈合,值得临床推广应用。In order to observe the effect of oral administration of modified Liangxue Dihuang Tang(a TCM decoction formula,shortly named as Tang)combined with sitz bath in treating postoperative hemorrhoid edema and promoting wound healing,86 patients with postoperative hemorrhoid edema were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with oral administration of modified Tang combined with sitz bath,the control group was treated with locally coating of Shexiang hemorrhoid Ointment,the postoperative anal marginal edema scores and incision healing were compared between the two groups.As results,the excellent and good rate of incisive healing in the observation group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than 76.74%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of anal marginal edema at 1,2,4 and 6 days in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The results show that the clinical effect of oral administration of modified Tang combined with sitz bath is significant for patients with postoperative hemorrhoid edema,and it can accelerate the wound healing,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
