白头翁汤加味保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎30例临床观察

摘　　要：为探讨白头翁汤加味保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效,将60例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组采用白头翁汤加味保留灌肠治疗,对照组采用美沙拉嗪口服治疗。观察比较两组临床疗效。结果显示,治疗组总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的63.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,采取白头翁汤加味保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎,临床疗效显著,优于单纯美沙拉嗪口服治疗,值得临床推广应用。This study was to investigate the effect of Baitouweng Jiawei Tang(a TCM formula,shortly named as Tang)for retention enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC),randomly divided 60 UC patients into treatment group(30 cases,received Tang for retention enema)and control group(30 cases,orllay administered mesalazine);then,observed and compared both groups’clinical effect.As results,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(93.33%vs63.33%,P<0.05).Results show that Tang used in retention enema for treating UC has significant clinical effect,is superior to mesalazine orally administered,thus to be popularized to use clinically.
