头孢唑肟钠联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿细菌性腹泻的疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察头孢唑肟钠联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿细菌性腹泻的疗效,将60例细菌性腹泻患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患儿采用蒙脱石散治疗,观察组患儿采用蒙脱石散联合头孢唑肟钠治疗,比较2组患儿的疗效、临床症状改善时间及不良反应发生情况。结果显示,观察组患儿总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患儿退热时间、腹泻停止时间及粪便恢复正常时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),2组患儿均无明显不良反应。结果表明,头孢唑肟钠联合蒙脱石散可有效改善细菌性腹泻患儿临床症状,提高疗效,显著缩短退热、止泻、粪便恢复正常时间,且无明显不良反应,推荐使用。This study was to observe the effect of infantile bacillary diarrhea(IBD)treated by ceftizoxime plus powder,randomly divided 60 IBD patients into control groups(30 cases,orally administered Powder)and observation group(30 cases,powder plus ceftizoxime);then,compared both groups’effect,time for symptoms improved,and incidence status of unward reactions.As results,in total effective rate,as well as in the time for pyretolysis,for diarnhea stopped,and for sitz stool turned to normal,observation group was respectively higher,as well as shorter than control group(all,P<0.05);in both groups no significant unward reactions were found.Results show that ceftizoxime plus powder can effectively improve IBD patients’clinical symptoms,enhance effect,and shorten the time for pyretolysis,for diarrhea stopped,and for defecation turned to norml;And,no significant unward reactions are found,thus it is worthy to be recommended to use.
