摘　　要：随着第五代移动通信技术的面世,移动应用发展更加迅猛,在一个越来越多的用户使用移动设备来管理他们的日常生活的时代,软件的可用性显得尤为重要。可用性测试是应用程序设计过程中必不可少的一个环节,它是一个通过系统地收集可用性数据,对数据进行评估和改进的过程。开发人员通过测试和改进现有的界面来提高可用性,以期获得更高的用户满意度。根据评价指标的和测试方法的不同,会对结果造成不同的影响。本文将对当前移动应用的可用性测试和软件可用性评价指标的研究进行综述,并提出当前研究面临的挑战。With the advent of the fifth-generation mobile communication technology,the development of mobile applications is more and more rapid.In an era when more and more users use mobile devices to manage their daily life,the availability of software is particularly important.Usability testing is an indispensable part in the process of application design.It is a process of collecting usability data systematically,evaluating and improving the data.Developers improve usability by testing and improving the existing interface in order to obtain higher user satisfaction.According to the different evaluation factors and test methods,the results will be affected differently.This paper reviews the current research on usability testing of mobile applications and software usability evaluation factors,and puts forward the challenges of current research.
