摘 要:为了解决稀乙烯制乙苯装置中烷基化反应器每段床层入口温度和温升分布不均的问题,采用SRK-Modified-Panag-Reid热力学方法,通过PRO/Ⅱ对烷基化反应工艺进行了模拟,系统地研究了不同乙烯浓度条件下,分段段数、第1段苯烯比(R)、乙烯分配系数(α)和原料气预热温度等对每段床层入口温度和温升的影响因素。结果表明:反应器总体温升随分段段数的增加而降低,同一段温升随着R的增加先减后增,同一段入口温度随α的增加及预热温度的降低而降低。因此提出了针对不同乙烯浓度稀乙烯原料的变质量进料预热等多段固定床烷基化反应工艺,得到了最优分段段数和最佳进料方式,实现了每段床层入口温度和温升相同。The work aims to solve the problem of uneven distribution of inlet temperature(Tin) and temperature rise(Trise) of each stage of the alkylation reactor in the ethylbenzene production unit based on the material of dilute ethylene. The SRK-Modified-Panag-Reid thermodynamic method was used to simulate the alkylation reaction process through PRO/Ⅱ, and the effect of the number of stage, the first stage benzene/ethylene(R), and distribution coefficient(α) on Tin and Trise were systematically discussed. The results showed that the overall temperature rise of the reactor decreases with the increase of the number of stage. The Trise of the same stage first decreased and then increased with the increase of R. The Tin of the same stage decreased with the increase of α and the decrease of the dilute ethylene preheating temperature. Furthermore, the multi-stage fixed bed alkylation reaction process with variable quality feed preheating was proposed, and the optimal number of stages and the optimal feeding method were obtained, which could achieve the same Tin and Trise of each reactor stage.
