摘　　要：The third decade of the 21st century has begun with sudden and perplexing changes.Only by digging into the root causes can we reveal the essential contradictions in international relations and the shift in orientation with universality and regularity.This chapter in these troubled times is full of emotion.The United States is a source of turmoil in the world.In his four years as the US president,Trump had turned Pax Americana boasted by the West into a disaster under his administration,which has had great destructive power on the whole world.It is because of this,the echoes of Trump’s exit from the White House reverberated across the Atlantic,the Pacific and the Indian Oceans,rendering great shockwaves across the geopolitical landscape.
