摘  要:采用失重法、电化学极化曲线法、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等分析手段,研究了铬含量变化对铬锰钢在酸性环境中耐蚀性的影响及其机制,并确定了最佳铬含量。结果表明:铬质量分数为10%~15%时,随着铬含量的增加,铬锰钢表面形成的Cr_(2)O_(3)保护膜越来越密集,并附着在钢表面,对其起到保护作用,但继续增加铬含量,铬锰钢腐蚀速率几乎不变,因此确定铬锰钢中最佳铬质量分数为14%。By means of weight-loss method,electrochemical polarization curve method,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD),the effects of chromium content on the corrosion resistance of chromium-manganese steel and its mechanism in an acidic environment were studied,and the optimal chromium content was determined.The results show that when the mass fraction of chromium was in the range of 10%-15%,the Cr_(2)O_(3) protective film forming on and adhering to the surface of chromium-manganese steel became denser and denser with the increase of chromium content,which played a protective role.However,increasing the chromium content continuously,the corrosion rate of chromium-manganese steel was almost unchanged,so the optimal chromium content in chromium-manganese steel was determined to be 14%(mass fraction).
