摘 要:在环氧树脂中添加不同量的改性纳米Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒,制备了改性纳米Al_(2)O_(3)/环氧树脂复合防腐蚀涂料。通过扫描电镜、显微维氏硬度计、傅里叶变换红光谱仪及摩擦磨损试验机,分别从表面形貌、硬度及耐磨性,研究了改性纳米Al_(2)O_(3)对涂层性能的影响。结果表明:在环氧树脂中添加5%(质量分数)的改性纳米Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒,可以使涂层的硬度由13.4 HV增加至19.5 HV,耐磨性明显提高。Modified nano-Al_(2)O_(3)/epoxy resin composite anti-corrosion coatings were prepared by adding different amounts of modified nano-Al_(2)O_(3) particles into epoxy resin.The effects of nano-Al_(2)O_(3) on the properties of the coating were investigated from the aspects of surface morphology,hardness and wear resistance by scanning electron microscopy,micro Vickers hardness test,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and friction and wear test.The results show that adding 5%(mass fraction)nano-Al_(2)O_(3) particles into the epoxy resin could increase the hardness of the coating from 13.4 HV to 19.5 HV,and the wear resistance of the coating improved evidently.
