摘 要:为研发出可大热输入焊接的高性能海上风力发电用钢,基于超快冷热机械控制工艺(TMCP),采用低碳含量、低碳当量、微合金化的设计原则对钢的成分及生产工艺进行确定,并对试制的EH36钢的力学性能进行了检验及分析。结果表明:研发的新一代高性能海上风力发电用钢中含有碳、硅、锰、磷、硫及适量的铌、钒、钛等合金元素。该钢韧脆转变温度在-80℃以下,抗拉强度为532 MPa,屈服强度为434 MPa,疲劳强度为227.8 MPa,断面收缩率大于70%,具有生产周期短、交付快、韧性高、抗层状撕裂性能好、耐疲劳性好、止裂性能优异及可采用大热输入焊接等特点。In order to R & D high performance offshore wind power steel with high heat input welding, the composition and production process of the steel were determined by the design principle of low carbon content, low carbon equivalent and microalloying based on the ultra fast thermo mechanical control process(TMCP), and the mechanical properties of trial production EH36 steel were tested and analyzed. The results show that the new generation of high performance offshore wind power steel contains carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur and appropriate amount of niobium, vanadium, titanium alloy elements. The ductile brittle transition temperature of the steel is below-80 ℃, the tensile strength is 532 MPa, the yield strength is 434 MPa, the fatigue strength is 227.8 MPa, and the reduction of area is more than 70%. It has the characteristics of short production cycle, fast delivery, high toughness, good lamellar tear resistance, good fatigue resistance, excellent crack arrest performance and can be welded with high heat input.
