摘　　要：目的了解陶瓷从业人员对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)认知、态度和行为现状。方法采用自行设计的问卷对2020年9—10月佛山市五家陶瓷厂的302名陶瓷从业人员进行问卷调查。结果302名陶瓷从业人员认知平均得分4.24±0.35分,态度和行为平均得分3.17±0.56分。不同年龄、学历、收入的陶瓷从业人员得分不同,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05):年龄31~50岁平均得分最高;学历和收入越高的陶瓷从业人员,平均得分越高。结论陶瓷从业人员对COPD的认知存在不足,应针对不同人口学特征的陶瓷从业人员采取多样化、个性化的健康指导方式,加强对COPD相关知识的认知水平和指导其采取正确的态度行为方式,减少对COPD危险因素的接触,从而对COPD的防范起到重要作用。Objective To understand the status quo of ceramic practitioners’cognition,attitude and behavior towards chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)was set as the subject.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 302 ceramic practitioners in five ceramic factories in Foshan from September to October 2020.Results The average cognition score of 302 ceramic workers was 4.24±0.35 points,and the average score of attitude and practice was 3.17±0.56 points.The ceramic practitioners with different ages,educational backgrounds,and incomes had different scores,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the details was that the average score was the highest for the age of 31 to 50,and the higher the education and income of ceramics practitioners,the higher the average score.Conclusion The ceramic practitioners had insu fficient cognition of COPD,so diversified and personalized health guidance methods should be adopted for ceramic practitioners with dif ferent demographic characteristics to strengthen their cognitive level of COPD-related cognition and guide them to adopt correct attitudes and behaviors to reduce exposure to the risk factors of COPD,thus playing an important role in the prevention of COPD.
