摘　　要：目的探究重度气道狭窄患者内镜介入治疗依从性影响因素。方法选取医院呼吸内镜室2019年1—12月收治的重度结核性气道狭窄介入治疗患者160例,其中治疗依从性组96例,不依从性组64例。通过单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析,筛选重度气道狭窄患者内镜介入治疗依从性影响因素。结果单因素分析显示,重度气道狭窄患者内镜介入治疗依从性影响因素有文化水平、病程、治疗恐惧、系统化健康教育、护理服务态度、护理技能表现、认知融合、健康素养(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,治疗恐惧、系统化健康教育、护理服务态度、护理技能表现、认知融合、健康素养是重度气道狭窄患者内镜介入治疗依从性的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论重度气道狭窄患者内镜介入治疗依从性受认知融合、健康素养、病情稳定状况、恐惧情绪、护理服务等因素影响,临床应加强健康教育,及时进行心理疏导。Objective To explore the influencing factors of compliance with endoscopic interventional therapy in patients with severe airway stenosis.Methods To select 160 cases of patients with severe tuberculosis airway stenosis treated in the respiratory endoscopy room of hospital from January to December 2019 as the study objects,including 96 patients in the treatment compliance group and 64 patients in the non-compliance group.Single factor and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to screen the influencing factors af fecting the compliance with endoscopic interventional therapy in patients with severe airway stenosis.Results Univariate analysis showed that the influencing factors of compliance with endoscopic interventional therapy in patients with severe airway stenosis included education level,course of disease,treatment fear,systematic health education,nursing service attitude,nursing skill performance,cognitive integration,and health literacy(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the treatment fear,systematic health education,nursing service attitude,nursing skill performance,cognitive integration and health literacy were the independent influencing factors that af fected the compliance of patients with severe airway stenosis to endoscopic interventional therapy(P<0.05).Conclusion The compliance of patients with severe airway stenosis to endoscopic interventional therapy was affected by factors such as cognitive integration,health literacy,stable condition,fear,and nursing services.Clinical health education should be strengthened and psychological counseling should be carried out in time.
