摘 要:试验旨在研究不同氮源复合化学处理稻草对其营养价值和滩羊尿液理化指标影响。稻草处理试验分为对照组(未处理稻草)、试验I组(4%尿素+2%氧化钙+1%氯化钠复合化学处理的稻草)、试验Ⅱ组(7.1%氯化铵+2%氧化钙+1%氯化钠复合化学处理的稻草)。饲养试验选取24只3月龄、体重相近的健康公滩羊,随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复1只羊。对照组滩羊饲喂未处理稻草,试验I组滩羊饲喂尿素复合化学处理稻草,试验Ⅱ组滩羊饲喂氯化铵复合化学处理稻草。预试期15 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示,稻草表面结构经尿素或氯化铵复合化学处理均呈现不同程度的破坏。试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组稻草粗蛋白(CP)含量和钙(Ca)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组CP含量显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),NDF含量显著低于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组滩羊平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组滩羊尿液pH值显著低于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),镁(Mg)含量显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。对照组和试验Ⅰ组滩羊肾小管内黏液增多,试验Ⅱ组滩羊肾脏系数显著高于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。试验表明,尿素和氯化铵作为氮源复合化学处理稻草可以破坏稻草表面结构,改善稻草的营养价值,提高滩羊生长性能;氯化铵可以降低滩羊患尿结石的风险。The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of compound chemical treatment of straw with different nitrogen sources on its nutritional value and physical and chemical indexes of urine in Tan sheep. Composite chemical treatment trial design of three groups, respectively, the control group(unprocessed straw), trial group Ⅰ(4% urea+2%calcium oxide +1% sodium chloride compound chemical treatments of straw), trial group Ⅱ(7.1% ammonium chloride +2%calcium oxide +1% sodium chloride compound chemical treatments of straw). Twenty-four healthy three-month-old Ningxia Tan sheep with similar body weight were randomly divided into three groups with eight replicates in each group and one sheep in each replicate. The Tan sheep in control group was fed with basal diet+ unprocessed straw, the Tan sheep in trial group Ⅰ was fed with basal diet+straw compound chemical treated with urea, and the Tan sheep in trial group Ⅱ was fed with basal diet+straw compound chemical treated with ammonium chloride. The preparation period was 15 d, and the formal experiment period was 60 d. The results showed that surface structure of straw was destroyed by urea or ammonium chloride combined chemical treatment. Compared with the control group, the CP content and calcium content of rice straw in trial group Ⅰ and trial group Ⅱ were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the NDF content was significantly reduced(P<0.05),the CP level in trial group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in trial group Ⅰ(P<0.05), the NDF content was significantly lower than that of trial group Ⅰ(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the average daily gain of Tan sheep in trial group Ⅰ and trial group Ⅱ was significantly increased(P<0.05), and the feed-to-weight ratio was significantly reduced(P<0.05). Compared with the control group and the trial group Ⅰ, the p H value of the urine of Tan sheep in trial group Ⅱ was significantly lower(P<0.05), and the magnesium content was significantly increased (P<0.05).
